Youth Intro to Wheel Throwing

Curriculum Level: 4th Grade and Up

This class will explore the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel. No experience necessary! During the first few sessions, students will have a chance to get comfortable with the medium, tools and terminology that go along with it. The last couple of sessions will encompass refining the wheel thrown work and learning to glaze the work.
Materials will be provided.

By enrolling in this class you understand that if you wish to not be included in photographs, you are asked to alert your instructor and/or the Arts Center of your wishes and your wishes will be respected.
