Teachers and school staff may attend the tour for free; however, donations for their admission are welcome.
Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your tour time for unloading busses and welcome procedures to maximize your time in the museum. See the attached document for information on the schedule for the day.
Tour Day
Upon arrival, a member of our staff will greet your bus in the bus loop. Students will then unload and be given an entry sticker. When you enter the museum, a member of our staff will escort you to the front desk to finalize payment, unless your group has selected to be invoiced before your visit. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please do not hesitate to ask.

Moving forward, in order to reserve a school tour date at the Buell Children's Museum or Helen Thatcher White Galleries, all payments must be made prior to the scheduled date through invoices.
