Ever felt lost or confused when viewing a piece of art? You are not alone. Art can be confusing at times when trying to understand the artist's intent, break down historical and social references, or interpret the symbolism an artist is using to evoke a specific emotional response from the viewer. Join us for this crash course in viewing and understanding art where we will learn about the methods artists utilize create visual interest, convey messages, and tell their stories.
