Pumpkin Owl Sculpture

Curriculum Level: 3rd Grade and Up

This class will explore the basics of handbuilding ceramics! No experience necessary. Students will use multiple techniques to create their own fall sculpture! Students will learn to use common ceramic tools and absorb terminology that comes with handbuilding. The initial class will cover building the bas of the piece, the second will allow students to add detail to their piece, and the third will e for decorating/glazing.
