Created by the acclaimed Artisans of Florence in collaboration with The Niccolai Group (Firenze), the exhibition consists of more than 60 exhibits, reconstructed from the manuscripts (Codices) and drawings of 15th century Renaissance artist Leonardo da Vinci. Exploring and connecting his students in nature, anatomy, mechanics, flight and robotics, the exhibition demonstrates the relevance in Leonardo’s work today.
Jack William Smith perfected his art becoming recognized as one of the most prolific modern day patent artists in the country. He acquired his first art commission in his teen years painting an illustration on a sign. From then on he pursued the applied arts illustrating signs for many years. During midlife he studied law and was tuto red in the craft of classic patent illustrating, in the tradition of the Renaissance, where a student studies with a master.

Mathias Valdez founded Lastleaf Printing in Pueblo in 2009. He says about his work, “I do not want to introduce this body of artwork as a personal reflection on what I believe or how I perceive the world. To try and render some insight or retrospect in an attempt to influence you to interpret my art as some grand philosophy or conclusion would be bogus - because the truth is that I do not have any of it figured out.
