This tasting will feature sake and soju, two alcoholic beverages popular in Japan, paired with some traditional Japanese sweets. The tasting will take place in the 3rd floor gallery of the Helen Thatcher White Galleries in the current exhibit Myriads of Gods.

I paint landscapes from life, as often as possible. It’s connecting to nature in an intimate way that rewards me with something new every time. It’s called Plein-air painting and I’ve found it to be the most direct way to get the most information about a subject possible.
