This class will explore the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel. No experience necessary! During the first few sessions, students will have a chance to get comfortable with the medium, tools, and terminology that go along with it.

In this class, students will learn the technique of creating a pinch pot; a fundamental building block of hand-building. They will also learn how to join pieces of clay together through scoring and slipping.
