Renaissance Innovation Academy
Fostering the Artist in You: An Immersive Art and Music Experience at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center
Free-to-you, state-funded program for 3rd - 8th grade students.

Renaissance Innovation Academy is excited for our new 2025-2026 partnership with Sangre de Cristo Arts Center in Pueblo, Colorado. We provide 3rd-8th grade homeschool students access to high quality performing, visual, and creative arts education. Classes are tailored to varying and mixed age groups. Using the tenets of inquiry and project-based learning, students use research to inform their developing, performing, and visual artistic skills. While learning these new skills, students build deep understandings about themselves as artists and innovators, through participation in hands-on, real-world connections to the foundations of art, creativity, and the world around them. Below is a preview list of the class topics for the semester. The subjects may vary and change depending on instructor specialty and lesson plan preference.
