Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center Launches Performance Partnership Program for Southern Colorado Performing Arts Community!
Are you a performance artist with a show but no place to perform? Are you a theatre maker who needs a stage? Are you a producer who wants to put together a showcase? Are you an educator who has a student play, dance show, recital or presentation that they want to kick up a notch with a special performance? Have you always dreamed of performing at the arts center?
Now is the best time to gain access to one of the most beautiful venues in Southern Colorado! The Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center is taking applications for our 2025 Performance Partnership Program! This new program is an opportunity for producers, performers, educators, students, or really anyone who has a show they would like to put on in one of the venues at the Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center, to do just that without incurring any of the costs of renting a venue.
SDC will offer a gateshare system where the producer and the venue work together to support the success of the project. Offering rehearsal and performance space, along with front of house/ticketing and marketing support to make these dreams a reality. Each application is free to submit and will be evaluated by the programming team. All mediums will be considered. They will contact each applicant with further steps once the application has been reviewed. There is no deadline, as this is a rolling process for all of 2025.
Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center opened its doors in 1972 and has been serving the Pueblo community for over 50 years. Offering a wide variety of classes in the arts for both children and adults, an ever expanding roster of art shows displayed in their many galleries, a gorgeous 500-seat theater where their isn’t a bad seat in the house, and the acclaimed School of Dance, the arts center is considered “the crown jewel” of downtown Pueblo. The three-building campus gives the impression of grace, beauty, and artistic excellence.
