NEEDLE FELTED JEWELRY (2.5 hours)
Learn to create unique fiber art jewelry in this one day workshop. Participants will learn how to needle felt wool into beads of various shapes and sizes, then combine them into their very own jewelry designs! Suitable for beginners.
*Note: This class requires the semi-supervised use of sharp tools and is not recommended for young children.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Kimberly Sewell is an artist and educator from Pueblo, Colorado where she lives with her husband and their cats. Kimberly has experience in teaching and creating artwork in many mediums including watercolor, block printing, and needle felting. She has taught art-based classes to students of all ages for the last 15 years and believes that the arts are for everyone and is happy to share her knowledge with others. Kimberly is also a singer and writer with an MFA in Creative Writing from Regis University. When not creating, Kimberly fosters neonatal kittens with her husband.
