
Student's Choice of Glass Project

In this class, participants will be able to select their choice of glass project to make a variety of projects and their prices will be listed below. There is a non-refundable $65 enrollment fee is required to reserve your spot in this class. That $50 fee will go toward the purchase of your selected project. The remainder of the selected project can be paid in-class or in advance by contacting the Arts Center. Guests are encouraged to notify the arts center of their desired project, so that the instructor can best prepare your needed materials in advance.
Examples of available projects and prices:
- Standard Landscape 8" x 12" - $100
- Large Landscape 12"x12" or more - $120
- Fused Birds (set of 2 small or 1 standard)- $100
- Basket Weave Plate - $90
- Coasters (set of 6)- $65
- Stacks Askew Fused Abstract - $100
- Ornaments (set of 3)- $80
- Fused Mosaic - $80
FIRING POLICY:
It takes hours to run the kiln and fire the pieces. Because of limitations on access to a kiln, the projects will be fired and available for pick up at Sangre de Cristo Art Center one week following the conclusion of your class.

Please note that by enrolling in this class, you understand that the Arts Center's staff and/or Photographer-in-Residence may stop by to photograph the class for educational, marketing, and promotion purposes. By enrolling in this class you understand that if you wish to not be included in photographs, you are asked to alert your instructor and/or the Arts Center of your wishes and your wishes will be respected. A full copy of the Arts Center's Photo Release Policy can be provided anytime upon request and will also be provided in the classroom. Please let us know if you have any concerns.

Liability Release
All enrolled Participants, Students, and/or Parents/Guardians recognize and understand that any new endeavor presents a potential risk. I/we hereby agree to indemnify the Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center and the Buell Children’s Museum, its instructors, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liability resulting from any injury that may occur to the participant while attending or visiting the Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center’s Clay Studio.
Behavior
All participants are responsible for exhibiting respectful, kind behavior on campus. Participants will be held accountable for their behavior and any property damage. Inappropriate behavior from any participant will not be tolerated and may result in their removal from the studio without a refund. Examples of behavior that will result in removal from studio spaces include but are not limited to:
- Violating the Studio Rules
- Disregarding requests and/or safety instructions given by Studio Manager
- Climbing/ striking/ defacing the campus sculptures and interactive art pieces
- Use of inappropriate language while on campus
- Running/ screaming/ roughhousing while inside the museum
- Bringing drugs, alcohol, firearms/ weaponry, or toys that mimic their appearance
- Hitting/biting/causing harm to instructors, staff, or other participants in Arts Center programs
