Own Your Own is here for 2024! We invite you to submit your work for the Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center’s 2024 Own Your Own curated exhibition and sale.
Submissions will be accepted starting August 5th. The last day for submitting handmade pieces to the “Own Your Own” exhibit is October 7th. The gallery opens December 6th and will be selling artwork through December 28th.
OWN YOUR OWN IMPORTANT DATES
- August 5, 2024 Entries Open.
- October 7, 2024: Deadline for receipt of completed entry form, entry fee, and images
- November 9, 2024: Notification to artists of results via e-mail
- November 25, 2024 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday:
- First day for accepted artists to bring in artwork, fill in inventory forms, W9s and contracts
- November 29, 2024 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Last day for accepted artists to bring in artwork, fill in inventory forms, W9s and contracts
- December 5, 2024: Members only exhibition opening reception 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Artists and artists’ families are encouraged to attend!
- December 6, 2024: Exhibition opening 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. followed by First Friday, 4 p.m.-6 p.m.
- December 6 - December 28, 2024: Exhibition dates
- December 23 – Pick up art work if not participating in Purple Friday Flash Sale.
- December 27 - 28, 2024: Purple Friday sale, 20% off all pieces not yet sold, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- January 6 – 10, 2025 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Artists pick up artwork, sign return forms.
Outside these dates and hours, an appointment is required. NO DROP-INS PLEASE!
