The Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center is southern Colorado's premier arts destination serving Pueblo, Colorado and 17 counties surrounding us. Accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, the award-winning Buell Children's Museum is part of this campus.

The Buell quickly became part of the fabric of Pueblo, serving generations of families. We quite often see a new mom bringing her children in to play in the place that she played in as a young person. We continue to innovate and reach out to invite our community to participate. The Buell houses the Magic Carpet Theatre for live performances, our giant video game and sometimes our indoor snowball arena. Artrageous has been an anchor since its opening with many aspiring young artists utilizing creative making space for various art forms. Baby Barn welcomes toddlers to practice coordination and beginning math and science skills while the Engineering zone offers building materials of all kinds from Legos to Rigamajig. Kaleidoscope Gallery switches between deep underwater and space exploration while our main room houses constantly changing exhibits focusing on STEAM topics. Our newly opened Buell Village allows for imaginative play, soft skill development and targeted STEM lessons such as money handling or animal care. We are very excited to join the Infinite Sums team to create the very First Pi Day ever at the Buell.
