Needle Felted Spring Scene

Welcome to the world of fiber arts! In this class students will be introduced to the medium of needle felting! Students will make their very own "Spring Scene" while learning felting techniques, tools, and terminology. The teacher's example for this class will be a Bunny.
*Note: This class requires the semi-supervised use of sharp tools and is not recommended for young children. All participants in this class will be required to sign a liability waiver.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Kimberly Sewell is an artist and educator from Pueblo, Colorado where she lives with her husband and their cats. Kimberly has experience in teaching and creating artwork in many mediums including watercolor, block printing, and needle felting. She has taught art-based classes to students of all ages for the last 15 years and believes that the arts are for everyone and is happy to share her knowledge with others. Kimberly is also a singer and writer with an MFA in Creative Writing from Regis University. When not creating, Kimberly fosters neonatal kittens with her husband.
