Nature's Edge: Featuring Bradley Bowman and Lance Rivera

July 7th, 2026 to November 14th, 2026 | Regional Gallery

Nature's Edge exhibit will feature artists Bradley Bowman and Lance Rivera in the Regional Gallery at the Helen Thatcher White Galleries here in Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference center.

Bradley Bowman

Bradley Bowman’s paintings are born from a life lived close to the land. A former violin maker, archaeologist, and scientific illustrator, Bowman brings the precision of craft and the clarity of observation to every canvas. His work transforms real encounters with wildlife and Western landscapes into visual stories—moments carried from the field into the studio, then distilled into color, texture, and memory.

Each painting functions as a journal entry: a wolf lowering its head, a canyon holding the last light, a quiet exchange between hunter and horizon. Bowman paints not simply what he has seen, but what has stayed with him. His art invites viewers into the emotional truth of these moments, offering a glimpse of the wilderness as he knows it—raw, intimate, and deeply lived.
