MATERIALS & TOOLS:

Due to the nature of this class, at brief periods of time students may be working with glass powders. This being the case, we ask students to bring an N-95 mask for safety. This mask will be worn while handling the glass powders and isn’t required to be worn for the whole class. The studio will have a limited number of respirators available for class use, however, if you are able to bring a personal safety mask, this would be recommended. Other than personal safety masks, all materials and tools will be provided by the Instructor, Nell Trask, or by the Arts Center.

FIRING POLICY:

It takes hours to run the kiln and fire the pieces.  Due to kiln firing schedule, the projects will be fired and available for pick up at Sangre de Cristo Art Center one week following the conclusion of your class.

Please note that by enrolling in this class, you understand that the Arts Center's staff and/or Photographer-in-Residence may stop by to photograph the class for educational, marketing, and promotion purposes.
