Live the Day My Way
March 19th, 2024 - August 10th, 2024
Meet Aiko, Diego, Ibrahim, Marie, Matilda, and Thierry. They all live around the world and we can get to know them as we adventure through this exhibit and learn how the more things are different, the more they are the same in each part of the world. Children around the world lead diverse lives shaped by their cultural, economic, and social contexts. In bustling urban centers, youngsters navigate through the fast-paced rhythms of modern life, attending schools, engaging in extracurricular activities, and embracing technology as an integral part of their upbringing. In rural settings, other children might find themselves immersed in close-knit communities, where traditional customs and values shape their daily experiences.
Despite these differences, children universally share a common thread of resilience, curiosity, and the innate ability to find joy in simple pleasures. The diversity of their experiences reflects the rich tapestry of our global community, emphasizing the importance of understanding and supporting the unique circumstances of every child as they navigate the journey of growing up.
